Chairboretum & Works on Paper  
Chairboretum is a new series of ink on paper drawings. The chairs go through an anthropomorphism process as they grow and spill across their surface to embody moods and emotions.
The perspective of these chairs suggests the viewer is below and looking up at them towering above with their fluid legs and spreading arms melting across the paper's surface. They are somehow returning to their once growing tree forms as they come alive in this Chairboretum series.
This bespoke framing format comes with a yellow inner and archival glass making the paintings appear to glow from within.
